We’re open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on all federal holidays and notary sick days or special ocassions.

Appointments are preferred to guarantee service, but walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
I-9 Verification

Yes, we are authorized to assist with Form I-9 verification for remote employees. Employers may designate us as their representative.

We can return the completed form to the employer electronically or by mail. We do not retain copies.
Notary Services

Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID and any documents that require notarization.

Yes, we specialize in notarizing power of attorney documents, including durable, medical, and general POAs.

Yes. We are bilingual and can assist with documents in both English and Spanish. (Se habla español)
Other Common Services

A jurat requires the signer to swear or affirm the content of the document in front of the notary. An acknowledgment only confirms the signer’s identity and willingness.

Absolutely. We administer oaths and affirmations for affidavits, depositions, and sworn statements.
Apostille Services

Yes, we can assist with the apostille process for documents issued in Texas, including birth certificates, marriage certificates, and POAs.

If the document is not in English, it may require a certified translation. We can guide you on this based on the destination country.
Payments & Pricing

Yes. We charge $25 for all consultations. The fee is non-refundable and not applied toward future services.

Our basic notary fees follow Texas state guidelines, starting at $10 per signature. Other services like apostille, I-9, or travel may have additional charges. Please contact us through a paid consultation for a quote.

We accept cash and credit/debit cards only. Unfortunately, we do not accept Zelle, Cash App or Venmo.
