Q: What are your business hours?
A: We’re open Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on all federal holidays.

Q: Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
A: Appointments are preferred to guarantee service, but walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

Q: What do I need to bring for a notary appointment?
A: Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID and any documents that require notarization.

Q: Do you notarize power of attorney letters?
A: Yes, we specialize in notarizing power of attorney documents, including durable, medical, and general POAs.

Q: Can you notarize documents in Spanish?
A: Yes. We are bilingual and can assist with documents in both English and Spanish. (Se habla español)

🔹 Apostille Services

Q: Do you offer apostille services for international documents?
A: Yes, we can assist with the apostille process for documents issued in Texas, including birth certificates, marriage certificates, and POAs.

Q: Do apostille documents need to be translated?
A: If the document is not in English, it may require a certified translation. We can guide you on this based on the destination country.

🔹 I-9 Verification

Q: Do you provide I-9 employment verification?
A: Yes, we are authorized to assist with Form I-9 verification for remote employees. Employers may designate us as their representative.

Q: Do you provide copies of the completed I-9 form?
A: We can return the completed form to the employer electronically or by mail. We do not retain copies.

🔹 Other Common Services

Q: What is a jurat and how is it different from an acknowledgment?
A: A jurat requires the signer to swear or affirm the content of the document in front of the notary. An acknowledgment only confirms the signer’s identity and willingness.

Q: Can I get an oath administered for an affidavit?
A: Absolutely. We administer oaths and affirmations for affidavits, depositions, and sworn statements.

🔹 Payments & Pricing

Q: Is there a consultation fee?
A: Yes. We charge $25 for all consultations. The fee is non-refundable and not applied toward future services.

Q: How much do you charge for notary services?
A: Our basic notary fees follow Texas state guidelines, starting at $6 per signature. Other services like apostille, I-9, or travel may have additional charges. Please contact us for a quote.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, and Cash App.
