At Sun Star Notary, we provide fingerprinting services for FBI background checks and other official purposes. This service is commonly required for immigration, international use, employment, licensing, or personal record requests.
Fingerprinting services are provided by appointment and are subject to document and agency requirements.

Fingerprinting Method & Requirements
Fingerprinting services are provided using official fingerprint cards or formats required by the requesting authority, including FBI Identity History Summary requirements.
To ensure accuracy:
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required
Fingerprints are taken in accordance with agency standards
Clients are responsible for confirming the correct fingerprint format required
We recommend confirming fingerprint requirements with the requesting agency prior to your appointment.
What Is Included
Our FBI fingerprinting service includes:
Professional fingerprint capture in accordance with FBI requirements
Submission of fingerprints to the FBI Identity History Summary system
Electronic delivery of results once issued by the FBI
Review for completeness at the time of the appointment
FBI processing and issuance of results are handled by the FBI. Processing times and acceptance are determined by the receiving agency.
What Is Not Included
Legal advice or interpretation of FBI results
Guaranteed processing timelines or outcomes
Additional services such as apostille coordination or certified translations, unless separately arranged

Fees & Consultation
Fingerprinting and background check services are priced based on the type of request, number of fingerprint cards, and any additional coordination required.
Fees are disclosed prior to the appointment
Additional services (such as apostille coordination or document review) may incur additional fees
Consultation fee: $25
Once booked, clients must call the office to verify their appointment.
